The Belize Shotokan Karate Association (BSKA) is an independent, non-profit, national Belizean karate organization established in 1986 that promotes the practice of traditional JKA Shotokan Karate under the auspices of the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) headquartered in Philadelphia. BSKA has provided Belize with consistent leadership and access to international level training for over 20 years.

John Nunez, 5th Dan, is the Chief Instructor of the Belize Shotokan Karate Association and is the official ISKF representative for Belize. Leonard Nunez, 4th degree black belt, is the Assistant Chief Instructor and is the current Acting Chief Instructor while John Nunez is out of the country.
